Our Team
Tchello Miranda
With almost 20 years of experience in the audiovisual sector, Tchello Miranda is a distinguished professional with a solid career that includes major broadcasters, production companies and streaming platforms. With a degree in Radio and TV from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, he is the founder and responsible for the technical direction of Mira Prod, a production company he created in 2024, in São Paulo.
Tchello began his career at TV Cultura, where he consolidated a solid technical and creative base, and soon began coordinating projects at Record, expanding his knowledge in production. His career also includes almost six years at the renowned production companies Floresta and Endemol, where he specialized in managing efficient workflows and forming highly qualified teams for all stages of production.
Recognized for his strategic vision and skill in technical implementations, Tchello is an expert in adapting audiovisual formats to different budgets, while maintaining quality and productivity. His experience makes him a reference in the market, capable of leading challenging projects with creative solutions and innovative techniques.
At the helm of Mira Prod, Tchello has led highly relevant productions, always with an unwavering commitment to technical excellence and the evolution of the Brazilian audiovisual sector.
Victor Goes
Born in Rio de Janeiro, Vitor has been working in the audiovisual industry since 2014 and moved to São Paulo in 2019 to expand his career in the São Paulo market.
With solid experience in technical production, his career began in audio operations for series, TV programs and institutional content, working for renowned companies such as Multishow, Globonews, Fox, Endemol Shine, Floresta, among others.
His technical expertise has led him to work in team and project management, where he stands out for his organization, empathetic leadership and commitment to quality. Recognized for his calm and poise, Vitor creates collaborative and productive work environments, ensuring that each team member feels valued and motivated.
Bilingual, Vitor also stands out in international projects, bringing flexibility and adaptability to meet global demands.
Focused on high-quality results, he combines technical efficiency with a human approach, ensuring that each project is successful in all aspects: technical, human and creative.
Deni Castro
Deni Castro has a degree in Radio, TV and Internet from Fapcom and currently holds the position of Technical Coordinator at Mira Prod.
His career in the industry began as an intern at TV Cultura, where he had the opportunity to participate in several productions and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a production assistant and then a set producer. During this time, Deni discovered his calling for dealing with people on sets, which gave him the experience of facing new challenges and expanding his responsibilities.
After three years at TV Cultura, Deni decided to expand his horizons and pursue a career as a technical producer, working on high-profile projects for broadcasters such as Globo, Record, ESPN and SBT. This experience helped him develop a strong organizational mindset, with meticulous attention to production processes and a collaborative approach. His ability to manage teams and coordinate all technical details ensured the success of large-scale projects.
In 2024, Deni took an important step by joining Mira Prod, where he has contributed significantly to highly visible projects in the Brazilian audiovisual market, including reality and game shows, events, among others.
His work in live productions, which require precision, agility and total focus, further consolidated his technical expertise, placing him as a professional of distinction and excellence in the sector.

Othavio Palomares
With a degree in Radio, TV and Video from Centro Universitário Fiam Faam, Othavio Palomares has been working in the audiovisual market since 2015.
His career began with the production of cultural events, such as poetry readings, independent festivals and rhyme battles, experiences that shaped his creative and organizational vision.
Over the years, Othavio has gained extensive experience in set production, logistics, casting, background work and as an assistant director. However, it was in technical production that he found his true calling.
Dynamic and agile, he started out on recording sets producing independent music videos, which sparked his passion for the artistic development of audiovisual projects. In 2020, he joined TV Cultura as an intern, participating in the production of various formats, such as reality shows, documentaries and dramas. After a year, he began working as a freelancer on major projects for Endemol and Teleimage.
In 2024, Othavio joined Mira Prod, where he has played a key role in the technical production of high-profile projects such as Canta Comigo, The Wall, Seduc Santos, Arena dos Saberes, Bola de Prata and Masked Singer. His responsibilities include hiring teams, coordinating and implementing technical projects, always focusing on excellence, dynamism and easy delivery, ensuring the success and quality of each project.
